Book a ride in a snap

Unfortunately, pre-booking is not available for tuk-tuks. When reporting a lost item, the individual has to provide a photo of the item in question, and for many users, this process is nothing but a hassle on their end. Also, there is a tendency for the app to display the wrong location for multi-stop bookings. In addition, some individuals are unable to book a ride during peak hours.
